Loyalty Card
For every treatment over 60 minutes your loyalty card will be stamped. Once you have reached your 5th massage you will be entitled to a 50% discount which is transferable to a friend or relative should you wish to gift them.
On your 10th massage you will be complimented a 60 minute massage of your choice which you can use yourself or gift it to someone.
We would simply require the name and contact details of the person to whom you would like to transfer the loyalty benefit so we can assign them your discount when they book.

Frequently Asked Questions
QUESTION: What is your cancellation policy?
A. We don’t charge a cancellation fee. We only ask that you value the time of your therapist and give 24 hour notice should you need to cancel. Depending on scheduling, you may be able to push back your appointment or re-schedule for the next suitable appointment.
QUESTION: When does the time of the massage start?
A. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment so we can complete the consultation with you and prepare the equipment. The massage time starts when you get onto the massage table. As long as you are not running late, you will receive full time for the treatment you booked.
QUESTION: What happens if I arrive late?
A. We value your time as much as we hope you value ours. We also understand, that traffic and tube delays do happen so we politely ask that you let us know by text if you are going to be running late. We will do our best to accommodate this and to ensure you benefit from the treatment. If availability of our schedule allows, we will extend the booking so you can receive the full treatment but in some circumstances, It may be more suitable to re-schedule your booking. This will be down to the therapists discretion.
QUESTION: How do I pay for the service?
A. You can pay by cash, debit or credit card. American express is also accepted.
QUESTION: My company’s medical insurance will reimburse me for my treatment, will I receive a receipt?
A. Yes, your receipt will be emailed to you - simply remind your therapist upon payment!
QUESTION: Do you do pregnancy massage?
A. We currently do not however, it is a treatment we would like to offer in the near future so please do check back in with us.
QUESTION: What are the policies regarding cleanliness?
A. Your therapist will have a professional and clean personal appearance. In return, we would like you to have the same. Shower facilities are available if required.
QUESTION: What if I want more or less pressure?
A. Simply ask! During your massage your therapist will ask “how is the pressure?” by letting them know, this will ultimately aide in your experience, but feel free to speak to your therapist at any point during the treatment.
QUESTION: Do I need to supply anything?
A. Just a friendly smile. Clean towels are provided along with a massage table and oil.
QUESTION: What types of oils do your therapists use?
A. Natural massage oils are used, these may include: almond, grape seed or coconut oil. Please, let me know if you have any allergies or if you prefer to use your own oil or lotion.
QUESTION: Can I be naked during the massage?
A. Your dignity and our employee’s professional conduct is paramount and so we recommend that underwear is worn. Your intimate area will also be covered with a towel at all times and so if you feel more comfortable being naked that is to your discretion but do let your therapist know in advance.
QUESTION: Are there any travelling charges if you come to my home?
A. There are no travelling charges but there may be an additional charge for parking, Please let your therapist know if there are any parking restrictions at your property.
QUESTION: Is it possible to split the session with my wife/ husband or partner can I do that and would the charge be the same?
A. The treatment can’t be split between clients as we want you to benefit from the time allotted to the individual treatment.
QUESTION: If I enjoy the massage, and would like to prolong the session, may I do so?
A. Yes, subject to the therapists availability, you may extend the session if you wish. Sessions may be extended in intervals of 15 minutes at a charge of £10.00 per quarter of an hour.
QUESTION: Can I eat or drink before a massage?
A. We do not recommend having a massage on a full stomach - wait at least 90 minutes after eating. Also it’s best to avoid drinking alcohol 24 hours before and after your massage. Drinking water to hydrate is always recommended, especially after the treatment as this will help flush out any toxins.
QUESTION: How often should I receive a massage?
A. Ideally twice a month. If you can’t do this try at least to have a massage on a regular basis maybe once per month though you know your body best and what it needs.
